Phase 2: Plain-Language Architecture & Playbook

Activity: Development of a core "Message House" and a "Public-Facing Narrative" that translates technical requirements into a clear "Why" and "How."

Deliverable: The 2026 Messaging Playbook (Approved copy blocks for web, press, and social).

Cost: $15,000

Phase 3: The "Fast-Start" Asset Toolkit

Activity: Creation of a multi-channel deployment kit.

Includes:

  • "How-To" Explainer Video (60s)

  • Multilingual Fact Sheets

  • Community Partner Toolkit (Social/Email templates).

Deliverable: Final Asset Library (Fully accessible and multi-lingual).

The 12-Week Implementation Schedule

Both packages follow the same structural rhythm to ensure the agency sees "quick wins" while the deeper assets are being developed.

  • Week 11: Final Review and Quality Assurance.

  • Week 12: Final Handoff of the Turn-Key Asset Library.

  • Milestone: Completion of Phase 3.
