The Problem

The sites your customers spent their time on and the social feeds they frequented. You realize that if you understood today’s customers better, you’d see engagement—and sales—go up.
The Program
The way people consume content and make purchases is continually shifting—even when there isn’t a global pandemic to contend with. Program 11 is expert at learning about your customers, defining what makes them tick and where they’re spending their time, and building a program just for them. This can include desk research (1st and 3rd party), landscape analysis, audience surveys, 1:1 interviews and/or focus groups, segmentation and persona building, and user journeys with recommendations for how to reach and delight them at every customer touchpoint.
