11 Reasons We Started Program 11

They say that every seven years or so our cells fully regenerate and we become, essentially, brand new. We think it’s a-ok for this to happen in business, too. Here are some of the things that prompted us into our fresh new form.

  1. Baking and puzzles and Netflix binges were only filling half our time during the global pandemic. So, obviously, a company.

  2. Also, before the world suddenly changed, we’d seen our industry changing too. We wanted to fill some of the gaps we saw growing. Like the focus on project-based work that felt disconnected from strategy or audience. We wanted to plug in and help clients design programs: deeper strategies, communications, and content that would change the brand’s perception in the marketplace, and start conversations with their customers.

  3. We’re passionate problem-solvers.

  4. At this moment in time, every brand out there needs to re-think, re-direct, and tell their story. We craft editorially-driven stories, get super creative, and make the content, too.

  5. We love building teams that are just right for each client, and we have the very best, most diverse group of writers, editors, strategists, and content creators at our sides.

  6. We’ve worked together on and off for most of our careers. Like wine and cheese, or like wine and almost anything, it just works.

  7. We both like people and making work feel fun.

  8. We also like succeeding, and when our clients do great, we take it personally.

  9. Being women with a bit of experience, we get to mentor and grow great talents.

  10. We see clients as people, and customers as people, and we help them connect with each other (like people).

  11. We want to do things differently. Change is happening one way or another, let’s make it work.
